Villa Felicity is a spectacular landmark property in the heart of Chora!
The 380 sqm house has been fully renovated with respect and knowledge of the local heritage and history.
The owners of the house, a well known Greek architect and his wife created an environment of exquisite melding of a modern, clean aesthetic with the traditional elements of the local architecture. This luxurious and most comfortable family house dates back to 1788, built shortly after the Russians conquered the island after the Turkish-Venetian war.

Our History

From the moment you walk through the front door, history is palpable. Built in the shadow of the hilltop and the Unesco heritage monastery of St John the Apostle in the heart of the historic town of Chora, the property has been sensitively redesigned by a renowned Greek architect.

The owners have worked closely with a well-known interior designer to create an exquisite melding of ancient and modern environment, in keeping with the island aesthetic of dove-grey, stone, arches, terracotta and marble. The final delight is the roof terrace with 360 degree panoramic views taking in the Monastery and the the port below.

The access to the house is a 4min walk on a paved road (without steps), from the closest public parking area.
